Salary Positions

  • Assistant Banquet Manager - We are seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to help execute banquet functions to ensure that best possible member and/or guest experience. Candidate must have a working knowledge of all areas of banquet operation from front of the house to back of the house. Must be customer service oriented with the ability to deal with people at all levels. Must also be able to demonstrate ability to lead and supervise. Must have a minimum of two years progressive food and beverage experience.
  • Assistant Restaurant Manager - We are seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers for the Creek Club and the Plantation Grille. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years progressive experience in a supervisory role in a food and beverage operation, excellent customer service skills, possess great initiative and will have a passion for excellence. Supervisory duties include: hands on administration of restaurant, leadership skills that provide direction and influence, excellent communication skills within all levels of operations and be able to use sound judgment. Resort/club experience a plus.
  • Chef de Cuisine - The Creek Club is seeking a qualified candidate to oversee the daily operation and management of the culinary functions in the clubhouse. Candidate must have training as a full service chef in a continental cuisine restaurant or club environment. Must be a culinary school graduate or demonstrated talent and success in a progressive position as Executive Sous or Executive Chef. Candidate must have the ability to lead, train and motivate with outstanding organizational and communication skills.
